Please read through the terms and conditions before making a booking. These are put in place to safeguard the business and to ensure the maximum standards and service is offered to all of our clients. Upon booking an appointment you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated below.
We ask that all clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booked appointment.
Strictly no refund of any deposits for Bridal & Wedding bookings. The cost will be used to cover for loss of business / trade.
In order to Change or Cancel your appointment, we ask that you give a full 24 hours notice. Otherwise charges may become applicable to cover for loss of business / trade. This will give other clients the opportunity to take up your allocated appointment slot.
We reserve the right to make charges for all missed appointments, clients will also lose any deposit paid, and the cost will be used to cover for loss of business / trade.
A 50% deposit will be charged to secure any bookings or any cumulative bookings thereafter. The same applies for all Bridal packages and the full balance must be paid in cash on or before the wedding day. All Bridal package prices are to get the bride ready at the shop only. Additional Charges for Staff Time, Travel and Mileage will apply to get Bride ready at her home/her chosen location. The above will be agreed at time of confirmed booking.
A number of our treatments will require you to fill out a consent form prior to the treatment procedure. This will be kept for future reference and treated with the utmost confidence under the Data Protection Act 1998.
We kindly ask all our clients to keep noise to a minimum during your visit and that all mobiles are switched to 'silent' / 'vibrate' setting for the consideration of other clients receiving relaxing treatments within the premises. Clients must be polite and courteous whilst at the shop and during their visit. This includes any accompanying visitors, friends and family who come with them.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
For insurance reasons and the comfort of other clients, we have a strict "No Children" policy at this location/premises. We cannot accept any responsibility for a child's welfare so for the safety of us, the premises, and your child we kindly ask all our clients not to bring any children to the premises.
Strictly NO smoking in or around the premises/shop and related doorways.
We reserve the right to alter, amend and modify the charges for individual treatments and packages without prior notice. All prices will be reviewed on ongoing basis and are subject to changes without prior notice.
CLIENTS PERSONAL ITEMS/BELONGINGS:
The Management & Staff will not be held accountable / nor will become liable / responsible for any loss or damages to clients personal possessions. It is the Clients own responsibility to ensure safe keeping of their own belongings / items. For clients' safety we kindly ask they leave all valuables at home. Any items left will be kept for 7 days and if unclaimed, will be disposed off.
WHILST AT THE SALON:
Clients will be held responsible for any damages and must pay for any breakage as result of their own or their accompanying friends/family action to the proprietor's fixtures/fittings or goods.
MARKETING, ADVERTISING & PHOTOGRAPHS:
From time to time we would like to give our clients the opportunity to have their photographs used for the company's marketing. A written and signed authorisation consent form will need to be completed accordingly. The consented photographs will only be used by Beauty Queen 7 for marketing purposes. Visitors to the Beauty Queen 7 website can not copy, save, or redistribute any of the photographs on the website - any individual found to be doing so will face legal action.
